Approach

How we assess clients and opportunities.

AI and inference data find where demand exists. Our team decides what fits. A capped pilot proves the numbers before a program scales.

Diagram of how Ironstark assesses opportunities. Eight opportunities enter. Two stop at Signal, two at Score, one at Fit, one at Pilot, and two pass all four gates to reach Scale.

Five gates

Most opportunities stop early. That is the point.

  1. Gate 1: Signal

Market and inference data show where demand exists: search and social interest, audience signals, competitor activity, and seasonality.

  2. Gate 2: Score

AI models estimate cost per completed outcome, conversion at each stage, and how much volume the market can support.

  3. Gate 3: Fit

Our team checks the opportunity against the client's criteria, intake capacity, and the rules of the category. People make this call, not the model.

  4. Gate 4: Pilot

A capped test budget runs through our own media team, call center, and technology to measure real cost and quality.

  5. Gate 5: Scale or stop

Programs that hit the target cost per outcome scale. Programs that miss are reworked or stopped.

Client fit

What we look for in a client.

Economics that work

The value of a completed outcome has to support the cost of producing it, with room for the client to grow.

Clear criteria

The client can state what qualifies and what does not, in writing, before we spend a dollar.

Capacity to respond

The client can handle the volume we send, during the hours consumers call.

A clean compliance posture

Licensing, disclosures, and counsel are in place for the category and states involved.

Shared outcome data

The client reports results back, so the model learns what actually converts.

AI and judgment

Where AI works, and where people decide.

AI handles

  • Targeting from inference data and past results
  • Scoring markets, audiences, and sources
  • Forecasting cost, volume, and conversion
  • Finding patterns across campaigns and intake records

People decide

  • Whether to take on a client or opportunity
  • Compliance questions and creative approval
  • Scripts, criteria, and how agents treat callers
  • When a program scales, changes, or stops

Targeting with inference data follows each platform's rules and applicable privacy law, which restrict the use of sensitive traits such as health conditions.

Vertical integration

Why the pilot tells the truth.

Pilots run through the same in-house team and technology that would run the full program. There is no hand-off between an agency, a lead vendor, and an outsourced call center to blur the results. If a pilot works, the program that scales is the same one that was tested.
